We proudly offer shipping services to over 200 countries worldwide, and we are committed to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your products. We have partnered exclusively with reputable and dependable national and international courier companies like DHL, DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees etc. to guarantee your satisfaction.

 

2. Shipping Method - India

• We provide free shipping for all orders within India.
  
• Majority of our parcels are shipped via Bluedart Air service which ensures faster delivery time.
• All prices listed are inclusive of GST.

 

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

• Each of our exquisite pieces is meticulously crafted to order.
• You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is confirmed. Our team will contact you to confirm the details 
• We strive to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, with potential variations based on the shipping address.
• Customization requests may require additional time, accompanied by a ₹300/- fee.
• Please note that we do not offer exchanges for customized orders. Please refer to our Exchange & Repair Policy for clarity.

 

4. Delivery Schedule

• Our courier partner is equipped to deliver shipments between Monday and Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10 AM to 6 PM.
• Requests for address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
• To ensure smooth communication, please provide your correct phone number & email address with every order.

 

5. Tracking Information

• Once your package is dispatched, you will promptly receive an email and WhatsApp message containing your tracking information.
• While we are committed to assisting in tracking your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances, especially if they are attributed to our delivery partner.

  

6. Shipping Method - International

• Please note that we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for international orders.
• Shipping charges for international orders may vary based on the destination country.
• We accept payment via debit/credit card for international orders.
• Our listed prices do not include custom duties.

 

7. International Shipping Duration

• While we make every effort to deliver each item in your international order within 10-15 working days, customs-related delays may occur, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes.
• Shipping charges and transit times will vary based on the destination. All international packages are dispatched through DHL/ Aramex.
• Transit times are valid from Monday to Saturday.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED, WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE AND CREDIT-NOTE under special circumstances, which can be ONLY be redeemed on our website.

XXESSORIES accepts Returns and Exchanges ONLY if :

• Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered

• Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt

 

EXCHANGE POLICY- INDIA

• We only exchange products and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the product(s). Request for which needs to be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• Customized orders and items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
• A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
• For exchange, customers need to bear pickup & re-shipping charges of ₹200/- (PAN India)

 

EXCHANGE POLICY- INTERNATIONAL

• Refunds are applicable ONLY in case of lost shipments.
• International orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
• Exchange is accepted ONLY if the order is damaged in transit or the customer has received the wrong product. Request for which needs to be raised within 2 days of delivery.

 

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR EXCHANGE & REPAIR:

• Kindly inform us within 2 days of delivery, by e-mailing us at contact@xxessories.in with the order number and product picture.
• Once the concerned team checks the description & confirms the damaged/ incorrect product, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or repair.
• The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer to our billing address (mentioned below).
• Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for exchanged items will be borne by the customer only.
• The repaired or exchanged piece will be re-shipped only after the original product is inspected by the Quality Check team and the defect/ quality is confirmed. 
• The product must be unused and untampered to be eligible for exchange. In case a used product is sent for exchange, the product will be returned to the customer and the exchange shall not be processed. 
• It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product. 
• All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
